These Terms govern your use of SportsPay ("SportsPay", "we", "us", "our"), a payment-facilitation platform operated by 1SENSE SINGLE P.C. By using SportsPay you agree to these Terms.
SportsPay enables members of Greek sports federations, clubs and associations to pay membership fees, registrations, competition fees and similar charges by mobile or web, on behalf of the federation.
SportsPay is a technology and payment-facilitation provider. We are not a bank, e-money institution or payment institution, and we do not hold your funds. Card payments are processed by Viva.com, a licensed credit institution (the "Payment Provider"). The federation determines the fee and remains the contracting party for the underlying membership, registration or service you are paying for.
You may use SportsPay to make a payment if you are the authorised payer for the item displayed, or an adult acting with the payer's consent. Federations and clubs that adopt SportsPay do so under a separate written agreement with us.
Because the federation is the contracting party for the underlying service, refunds and disputes about the service are handled solely by the relevant federation, in accordance with its own policies and applicable law. Card chargebacks are handled by the Payment Provider under card-scheme rules. If you believe a payment was processed in error by the platform itself, contact us at support@sportspay.gr and we will investigate and liaise with the federation and Payment Provider as needed.
You may optionally provide an email address to receive an electronic receipt. Receipts are also available within the SportsPay app and through the federation, and are issued in accordance with Greek e-receipt legislation.
The SportsPay app may store the following on your device only — never on our servers: your preferred language; the email address you last used; a short history of completed payments; and a temporary record of an in-progress payment. Removing the app deletes this data.
You agree to provide accurate payment information, to use SportsPay only for lawful payments you are authorised to make, and not to misuse, probe, or interfere with the platform's security or operation.
SportsPay is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for delays, errors or outages originating in the Payment Provider, the federation's systems, or third-party telecom or internet providers. We may carry out maintenance and may modify or discontinue features.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any single claim is limited to the amount of the relevant payment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
If you have a complaint about the SportsPay platform, contact support@sportspay.gr and we will acknowledge and aim to resolve it promptly. Complaints about the underlying membership or service should be directed to the relevant federation. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the app or website, and your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Greek law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
